All orders placed online with be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends & holidays.
FREE EXCHANGES ON ALL US ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE EXCHANGE. WE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT ON ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUND TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We are constantly adding new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Simply Email your name and order number to santomarcoaccessories@gmail.com. After your eligibilty is determined, we will email you a return label. You can print out your return label and adhere it to your return package. Once we receive your return package in the mail, we will process the return. You will receive an email confirmation, after your package has been processed, with a store credit code that you can use to redeem your store credit!
SHIPPING & RETURNS HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed store credit code within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your return. I'm a small woman owned business and do most of the inventory myself! Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase.
